These words are very true. Reputation of a brand is very important, but in the internet it is the first thing to suffer from bad client service. A couple of negative testimonials – and you'll start loosing your clients.

If you notice some weird decrease in sales – you should check whether bad client service is a reason for that. If it is, you can still fix the situation:

  • React quickly to all negative comments.

  • Reach all unsatisfied clients and try to solve all the problems they have with your product.

  • Take responsibility for your mistakes.

  • Always inform your clients when there are problems which can affect them and keep them informed about the latest updates.

  • Do not discuss problematic issues with clients openly.

  • Set a new standard for your client service department.
