You acknowledge that using our Software on third-party platforms or in conjunction with our updates involves inherent risks, and Light-Technologies is not responsible for any disruptions, errors, or losses

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light-Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Software or its integration with third-party platforms. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the preceding 12 months. Any claims arising from your use of the Software must be brought within
six (6) months from the date the issue occurred, or such claims will be barred.
