How to fight customer outflow

Find out, what really bothers your clients. There's no need to think out hypotheses when you can simply ask!


2. Be a human
Don't stick to official language in your texts. This is too boring! Try to add some life into your content and appeal to emotions.


3. Include lifestyle triggers
Turn the stories of your customers into cases and use them in your marketing campaigns!
